The Happiness Meter was launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai to make Dubai the happiest city in the world. The Happiness Meter interactively measures the happiness of Dubai’s citizens, residents and visitors when they interact with the services of government and private sector entities. Results from the Happiness Meter are regularly shared with The Executive Council of Dubai who closely monitor customer satisfaction levels of services provided by all Dubai Government entities.

About Service

Happiness can be measured at two levels your website or service center. On your website, this can be implemented on an application level or transnational level. For service centers, SDG will provide you with the native Apple or Android app to be installed on your smart tablets. The aim of Happiness Portal is to outline the requirements for entities from both government and private sectors to sign up for the Happiness Initiative and be part of measuring happiness of Dubai's visitors & residents.
